Our mission is to break the cycle of misinformation and weight bias by providing accurate, engaging, and educational content. Personalized Quests

Health Quest starts with a comprehensive barriers assessment to identify the specific challenges each child faces. Based on this assessment, we generate personalized SMART goals. Users can select 1-2 goals per quest, which guide them through structured, interactive challenges designed to improve their health.

Gamified Learning

Turn your health journey into a game with Health Quest! Our app transforms learning into a series of engaging quests that make improving nutrition, physical activity, and mindfulness fun. Earn rewards, unlock achievements, and track your progress in an interactive environment.

Achievements & Rewards
